Oakmont Village Association Information
- Administration & Fees -- The monthly dues paid to the OVA are low, due to the number of volunteers who organize the many clubs and activities. The dues for 2012 are set at $55.50 per person per month. Among other things, those dues pay for the maintainence of our common areas -- swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness center, recreation centers and landscaping.
- Maintained Area Associations -- Some housing is located in maintained areas where landscaping and house painting is taken care of for residents. In addition to OVA fees, dues are collected and vary according to services provided. The League of Maintained Area Associations (LOMAA) is an organization composed of members of these various Maintained Areas and helps them stay up to date on legal and other issues.
- Home styles may include duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes and/or single-story dwellings.
- Housing costs - Homes in Oakmont are priced reasonably and represent excellent values for the over-55 resident.
- Communications -- The Oakmont News is published twice monthly. An email alert announces upcoming Board meetings and other bulletins from the admininstative office.
