HOUSING AT OAKMONT

Majestic Views

Because Oakmont is located in the renowned
"Valley of the Moon," made famous by author Jack
London, our residents enjoy an unusually wide
choice of views. Many homes overlook golf course
fairways and expansive mountain views.

Hillside homes offer stunning views of the valley
and nearby vineyards while others may enjoy a view
of the majestic trees of Annadel State Park.

The broad choice of lot size, floor plans and price
is remarkable in an active adult community. Size may
range from about 1,200 sq. ft (1 bedroom, 1 bath
in a fourplex) to 2,600+ sq. ft (3 bedrooms, den,
2 baths and a three car garage).

Many homes offer custom features and all offer
patios, decks or areas for outdoor enjoyment.
Prices vary from around $350,000 to more
than $1,000,000. Owners hold the deeds to
their individual properties.

If you enjoy gardening and making your own landscaping selections, you can choose a owner-maintained property. If you prefer to leave the gardening and painting to others, there are many homes in maintained areas.

Oakmont Village has been created and nurtured
over a period of some thirty-five years, with many homes more
recently built and currently has the 30 acre Orchard development under construction. A total of 165 units will be built. Call 707.578.6460 for more details or visit the website at orchard-at-oakmont.com.
